The Binghamton Senators snapped an eight game losing streak with a 4-2 win over the North Division’s Hamilton Bulldogs at Montreal’s Bell Center on Friday night. Nikita Filatov led the Binghamton offense as he scored a pair of goals, including the game winner, and added an assist. B-Sens captain Mark Parrish also had a three point night as he racked up a trio of assists. Pat Cannone and Riley Armstrong also scored for the B-Sens. Alexander Avtsin and Dany Masse each tallied a goal for the Bulldogs. Mike McKenna earned the nod in goal for Binghamton, making 29 saves. 
 
Record:6-10-1-1
 
Standings:The B-Sens are in fifth place in the East Division (14 points).

Thursday, Nov. 24 vs. Adirondack Phantoms (Philadelphia Flyers) – 6:05 p.m.

The Binghamton Senators welcome former B-Sens captain Denis Hamel and the Adirondack Phantoms for the first time this season as they teams square off in the traditional Thanksgiving Day game tonight. The meeting is the first of eight between the teams this season. Adirondack enters the week with a record of 9-6-0-1, ranking them fifth overall in the Northeast Division with 19 points. Hamel leads the Phantoms in goals (nine) and points (15). Rookie Jason Akeson is hot on Hamel’s heels, ranking second overall on the team in scoring with 14 points (five goals, nine assists). 
 
Promotions: All fans in attendance will receive “A Season of Giving” coupon books courtesy of the Oakdale Mall.
 
Friday, Nov. 25 @ Syracuse Crunch (Anaheim Ducks) – 7:30 p.m.
 
The B-Sens make the trip north on I-81 Friday night to take on the Syracuse Crunch. Syracuse is 8-6-2-1, ranking them fourth overall in the East Division with 19 points, five ahead of the fifth place B-Sens. The teams last met in Binghamton on Oct. 14, a 5-4 overtime victory for the visiting Crunch. Kyle Palmieri scored the game winning goal and added two assists in the Oct. 14th tilt. Palmieri leads the team in goals (12) and is tied for first overall on the Crunch in points with 17. The B-Sens will aim to play a disciplined game as Syracuse boasts the league’s second best power play having gone 21 for 75 with the man advantage (28%).  
 
Fans can listen to the game live on “Binghamton’s Classic Hits” BIG 107.5 (WBBI-FM). Voice of the B-Sens, Grady Whittenburg will have the call beginning 30 minutes before game time as he hosts Countdown to Faceoff. 
 
Saturday, Nov. 26 vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (Pittsburgh Penguins) – 7:05 p.m.
 
The B-Sens complete a stretch of three games in three nights as they host the East Division leading (10-5-1-3, 24 points) Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on Saturday night. The meeting is the fourth of ten between the division rivals. The teams last met on Nov. 15 in Wilkes-Barre where Scott Munroe stopped all 25 shots faced to help lead the Penguins to the 3-0 shutout victory. The Pens enter the week with an impressive road record of 8-1-0-2. Although they are 5-3-0-2 in their past 10 games, the Pens have dropped their last four games (0-2-0-2), including a 7-5 regulation loss to Syracuse Crunch on Thanksgiving eve. Bryan Lerg (8+8=16) and Colin McDonald (4+12=16) are currently tied for the team lead in points.
 
Promotions: The first 2,500 fans through the gate will receive a free B-Sens hat courtesy of Roberts Eyecare Associates.
 
SENS SNIPPETS…
 
Forward Jack Downing, currently on loan to the B-Sens’ ECHL affiliate Elmira Jackals, scored his first professional goal in the Jackals 5-3 loss to the Kalamazoo Wings last Friday. Downing has appeared in 11 games with the B-Sens this season, recording one point (an assist). 
 
B-SENS BRINGING IT HOME TO THE COMMUNITY…

The Binghamton Senators will participate in the eighth annual Broome County Toys for Tots spaghetti dinner on Tuesday, Nov. 29, hosted by Q 106.7’s Thunder Reynolds who will broadcast live from the event.
 
The dinner will take place at Little Venice Restaurant located at 111 Chenango Street in Binghamton from 5 to 8 p.m. 
 
Fans that bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to the Broome County Toys for Tots program will be able to purchase a spaghetti and meatball dinner with salad and beverage for just $8.99. The dinner will be served by B-Sens players.
