OTTAWA, O.N. – After Binghamton handed the Bulldogs a 2-1 loss at the Bell Centre in Montreal Friday night, Hamilton retaliated by shutting out the B-Sens 1-0 in front of 4,588 fans at Scotiabank Place, home of the B-Sens' NHL affiliate Ottawa Senators.

Following two scoreless periods of play, the Bulldogs' Sergei Kostitsyn managed to fire a shot past Mike Brodeur for what would stand as the game winning goal. Mathieu Darche and Yannick Weber each earned an assist.

Hamilton's Cedrick Dejardin stopped all 31 shots he faced.  Brodeur stopped 33 of 34 in the loss.

The B-Sens travel to Norfolk, Virginia for back-to-back matches versus the Admirals Tuesday, Nov. 10 and Wednesday, Nov. 11.
