OTTAWA REASSIGNS JIM MCKENZIE TO BINGHAMTON

The Ottawa Senators, the parent club of the Binghamton Senators, reassigned today right wing Jim McKenzie to Binghamton from the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL. 

McKenzie, 23, has two goals, two assists and 13 penalty minutes in 20 games with the Jackals this season.  Prior to joining the Jackals, McKenzie skated in one game for the B-Sens, registering no points and two penalty minutes. 

McKenzie was Ottawa’s fifth-round pick, 141st overall, in the 2004 NHL entry draft.

The B-Sens head back down I-81 to play the Hershey Bears on Wednesday (7:00 p.m.) after the game was postponed on Sunday due to icy conditions.  Catch all the action LIVE on WINR 680-AM & WENE 1430-AM, via webcast or B2 Networks streaming video cast at www.binghamtonsenators.com
