MASCOT APPEARANCE REQUEST

General Information

Max the Mascot, like B-Sens’ players, participates in many local charity, fundraising and community events. Max is available year-round for appearances and is scheduled for one-hour appearances. Please note that Max is not available for outside appearances on Binghamton Senators’ game days/nights. To ensure the mascot appearance run smoothly, please have a clear and defined role for Max at your specific event/visit.

Criteria

Organizations seeking a mascot appearance should follow the following criteria:

Requests should include the date, time and location of event. Also, please include a contact name, phone number and address.
Requests must be received at least four weeks prior to event.
A mascot appearance request form must be filled out.
A letter/flyer on organizational letterhead must accompany mascot appearance request form.
Provide adequate parking and a changing area for the mascot.
